Kramer Construction Update!
The Kramer Place building and site are really looking good!! Here is a construction progress update.
SITE:
- Asphalt paving will be complete by the end of the week
- Landscaping is 50% complete
- Temporary trailer is gone
- Permanent security fencing will be installed by the end of next week
BUILDING:
- First floor sprinkler system final inspection is next week, once complete the entire system will be ready to go
- Site lighting is installed and on a dusk to dawn photocell control
- Fourth floor is completely drywalled and drywall finishers will be starting this weekend
- Interior trim finishes will begin in a couple of weeks

Kramer Reception
