The construction fences have come down and the building is really looking good! The Kramer Place Superintendent has reported the following status on construction progess.
- Building exterior caulking is complete
- Drywall hung on all 2nd floor unit walls & ceilings
- Exterior lighting is on the building and the pole lights in the rear are installed and on
- Rough plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems are complete
- Building sprinkler system is complete and waiting for final test
- All concrete work is complete
- Asphalt paving is scheduled for the 2nd week in September
- Irrigation system being installed late this week or early next week
- Landscaping to be installed next week
- Permanent fencing at the south end of the site will be installed 2nd week in September
- With the exception of the 2nd & 3rd floor balconies and painting, the exterior of the building is complete
